1. MASTER TERMS OF USE
1.1 Acceptance
By accessing, registering with, or using the Www.diagnotreat.com website, mobile application, WhatsApp services, referral services, teleconsultation services or related services ("Platform"), the user agrees to these Terms of Use.
If the user does not agree with these Terms, the user must not register or use the Platform.
1.2 Nature of the Platform
Www.diagnotreat.com is a healthcare technology and coordination platform intended to facilitate access to healthcare services, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other registered healthcare service providers.
Www.diagnotreat.com may facilitate:
- Patient registration
- Access to specialist doctors / therapist
- Healthcare-service discovery
- Teleconsultation
- Collection of patient information
- Referral coordination
- Hospital and specialist referrals
- Health camp information
- Opportunity to be part of different health programs (i.e. Cancer, BP etc.)
- Diagnostic-centre referrals
- Healthcare-worker coordination
- Digital health records
- Appointment coordination
- Health education and awareness activities
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Www.diagnotreat.com is not itself a hospital, clinic, diagnostic laboratory, emergency medical service or substitute for a treating doctor.
1.3 Independent Professionals
Doctors/therapist, RMPs, AYUSH practitioners, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare professionals using the Platform remain independently responsible for the services they provide.
Www.diagnotreat.com does not replace the professional judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.
1.4 Emergency Situations
The Platform may identify cases requiring urgent or emergency attention and may facilitate referral to an appropriate hospital or healthcare facility or patient advised to contact nearby hospital for physical treatment and further testing.
However, online technology-based or telemedicine refer, cannot guarantee a particular medical outcome, hospital admission, bed availability, treatment availability or response time.
Patient should understand, the pros and cons of telemedicine. In an emergency, patients must seek immediate in-person medical assistance.
1.5 Registration
Www.diagnotreat.com may verify professional credentials, registration details, identity documents, organization information and other information before approving an account.
Www.diagnotreat.com may suspend or terminate an account where information is false, misleading, expired or unverifiable.
1.6 Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not:
- Provide false information.
- Misrepresent professional qualifications.
- Use another person's registration.
- Misuse patient information.
- Provide unauthorized medical treatment.
- Make misleading claims.
- Manipulate referrals.
- Create fraudulent patient registrations.
- Submit duplicate or fictitious patients.
- Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
1.7 Modification
Www.diagnotreat.com may modify the Platform, policies, features or Terms from time to time, subject to applicable law.
1.8 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
2. PRIVACY POLICY & PATIENT DATA NOTICE
2.1 Information We Collect

- Symptoms
- Consultation information

2.2 Purpose of Processing
Information may be processed for:
- Patient registration
- Healthcare coordination
- Teleconsultation
- Referral
- Appointment management
- Emergency assistance
- Medical record management
- Communication
- Service improvement
- Safety and quality monitoring
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Research or public-health purposes where legally permitted and appropriately protected
2.3 Consent
Where consent is legally required, Www.diagnotreat.com shall obtain consent in an appropriate manner before processing personal data for the relevant purpose.
Consent should be informed, specific, clear and capable of being withdrawn, subject to applicable legal requirements.
2.4 Sharing
Information may be shared with relevant healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, emergency responders, technology/service providers or authorities where necessary for the stated purpose and permitted by law.
Www.diagnotreat.com shall not sell personal health information merely for commercial purposes.
2.5 Data Security
Www.diagnotreat.com shall implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
2.6 Patient Rights
Subject to applicable law, patients may have rights relating to access, correction, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal and deletion/erasure where applicable.
It will be rights of all patients to take second opinion on their ongoing treatment. We are trying to provide them all conventional and complementary therapist system online, to help them to get appropriate doctor / therapist.
2.7 Research
Where health information is used for research, Www.diagnotreat.com shall apply appropriate safeguards, including anonymisation/de-identification where appropriate, and shall comply with applicable legal and ethical requirements.
3. PROFESSIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT
All professionals registered on Www.diagnotreat.com shall:
- Provide services only within their lawful scope of practice.
- Maintain valid professional registration wherever registration is legally required.
- Provide accurate professional and qualification information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Obtain appropriate consent.
- Maintain appropriate clinical records.
- Avoid misleading claims.
- Avoid fraudulent referrals.
- Avoid unnecessary investigations or treatment.
- Respect patient autonomy.
- Provide appropriate emergency referral.
- Not misuse patient data.
- Not share login credentials.
- Immediately report serious incidents or suspected data breaches.
- Follow applicable professional regulations.
For RMPs, the agreement should expressly require compliance with applicable NMC requirements and the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
4. DOCTOR / RMP / THERAPIST AGREEMENT
4.1 Appointment/Registration
The Doctor/RMP/Therapist ("Professional") agrees to provide healthcare services through the Www.diagnotreat.com, The platform within the scope of the Professional's qualifications, registration and lawful authority.
4.2 Verification
The Professional shall provide:
- Identity proof
- Medical qualification
- Registration number
- Registration authority
- Specialization
- Experience
- Contact details
- Other documents reasonably required for verification
4.3 Clinical Responsibility
The Professional retains independent clinical responsibility for professional decisions, including:
- Assessment
- Advice
- Diagnosis where appropriate
- Treatment
- Prescription
- Referral
- Follow-up
Www.diagnotreat.com provides technology and coordination support and does not replace the Professional's clinical judgment.
4.4 Telemedicine
The Professional shall conduct teleconsultations in accordance with applicable Indian law, professional regulations and telemedicine requirements.
The Professional shall not use the Platform for procedures or activities that cannot lawfully be performed through telemedicine.
4.5 Referral
Where the patient requires in-person care, specialist care, investigation or emergency treatment, the Professional shall recommend appropriate referral.
4.6 Professional Fees
Professional fees, consultation charges and applicable payment arrangements shall be disclosed to the patient before or at the appropriate stage of consultation.
4.7 No Unlawful Referral Incentives
No arrangement shall require a Professional to make clinically inappropriate referrals merely for financial benefit.
4.8 Suspension
Www.diagnotreat.com may suspend the account where there is suspected fraud, misconduct, invalid registration, patient-safety risk or violation of applicable law.
5. AYUSH PRACTITIONER AGREEMENT
The AYUSH Practitioner shall:
- Hold valid registration with the applicable statutory/professional authority.
- Practice only within the applicable AYUSH system and legal scope.
- Clearly identify the system of medicine practiced.
- Not represent themselves as an allopathic/modern medicine doctor unless legally qualified and authorized to do so.
- Provide accurate qualifications.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Obtain appropriate patient consent.
- Provide teleconsultation only where legally permitted.
- Refer patients appropriately when additional or emergency care is required.
- Maintain appropriate records.
- Not make misleading claims about treatment outcomes.
The Platform shall display the practitioner's system of medicine and qualifications clearly to avoid patient confusion.
6. HEALTHCARE WORKER AGREEMENT
This Agreement applies to healthcare workers such as ASHA workers, ANMs, community health workers and other approved field workers.
Responsibilities
The Healthcare Worker may:
- Register patients.
- Collect basic patient information.
- Assist patients in accessing healthcare.
- Facilitate teleconsultation.
- Communicate referral instructions.
- Assist patients in reaching appropriate facilities.
- Support health-awareness activities.
The Healthcare Worker shall not independently diagnose, prescribe medicines or represent themselves as a doctor unless separately legally qualified and authorized.
Patient Information
The Healthcare Worker shall:
- Obtain required consent.
- Enter accurate information.
- Protect patient confidentiality.
- Not retain unnecessary copies of patient information.
- Not share patient information through unauthorized channels.
Emergency Cases
When the Platform identifies a potential emergency, the Healthcare Worker shall follow the emergency referral protocol and immediately communicate the referral instructions to the patient/family.
7. COORDINATOR AGREEMENT
Role
A www.diagnotreat.com Coordinator is a registered person or organization that assists patients in accessing healthcare services.
The coordinator may assist with:
- Patient registration
- Appointment coordination
- Teleconsultation access
- Hospital referrals
- Diagnostic referrals
- Healthcare-service information
- Follow-up coordination
Important Limitation
The coordinator shall not:
- Diagnose patients unless separately legally qualified.
- Prescribe medicines unless legally authorized.
- Change a doctor's prescription.
- Promise treatment outcomes.
- Create false patient registrations.
- Manipulate referral records.
Incentives
Where www.diagnotreat.com provides registration or referral incentives, such incentives shall be governed by the applicable commercial/incentive schedule.
Payment shall be linked to genuine, verified and legitimate activities.
Www.diagnotreat.com may withhold payment for fraudulent, duplicate, fabricated or manipulated registrations.
8. HOSPITAL / CLINIC AGREEMENT
8.1 Partnership
The Hospital/Clinic agrees to participate as a healthcare referral destination on the Www.diagnotreat.com Platform.
8.2 Hospital Information
The Hospital shall provide accurate:
- Name
- Address
- Emergency contact number
- Departments
- Specialties
- Emergency services
- Operating hours
- Referral contact
- Designated contact person
- Other relevant information
8.3 Emergency Referrals
The Hospital shall use reasonable efforts to receive and respond to emergency referrals during the hours and services it has confirmed.
However, referral does not constitute a guarantee of:
- Admission
- Bed availability
- Doctor availability
- Procedure availability
- Treatment outcome
8.4 Referral Confirmation
Where practical, the Hospital should confirm receipt of a referred emergency patient.
8.5 Commercial Terms
Any registration fee, subscription, referral service fee, marketing fee or other commercial arrangement shall be separately agreed in writing.
No commercial arrangement shall require clinically inappropriate referral.
8.6 Hospital Liability
The Hospital remains independently responsible for the medical treatment and services it provides after accepting a patient.
9. DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE AGREEMENT
The Diagnostic Centre shall:
- Maintain required licenses/registrations.
- Provide accurate service information.
- Maintain qualified personnel.
- Maintain appropriate equipment and quality systems.
- Provide reports accurately and within stated timelines.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Follow applicable healthcare and laboratory regulations.
- Not manipulate diagnostic reports.
- Not create unnecessary investigations merely because of Platform referrals.
Commercial arrangements shall be separately documented.
10. PATIENT TELEMEDICINE CONSENT
Patient Consent Statement
I understand that telemedicine involves communication with a healthcare professional through electronic/digital means.
I understand that:
- Telemedicine may have limitations compared with an in-person examination.
- The healthcare professional may recommend an in-person consultation.
- I must provide accurate information about my symptoms, medical history and medicines.
- I may be asked to upload reports, photographs or other relevant information.
- I may withdraw consent where legally applicable.
- My information may be processed and shared with relevant healthcare professionals or facilities for the purpose of providing healthcare.
- Emergency situations may require immediate in-person medical attention from nearby hospital.
Consent
"I confirm that I have understood the above information and voluntarily consent to receive telemedicine/healthcare coordination services through Www.diagnotreat.com."
11. EMERGENCY REFERRAL TERMS
Purpose
The Emergency Referral service is intended to facilitate rapid direction of patients requiring urgent or emergency medical attention toward an appropriate healthcare facility.
No Guarantee
Www.diagnotreat.com does not guarantee that a hospital will:
- Have a vacant bed;
- Have a particular specialist available;
- Accept the patient;
- Provide a particular treatment;
- Provide treatment at a particular cost;
- Achieve a particular clinical outcome.
Hospital Information
Emergency hospital information displayed through the Platform shall be based on information provided or verified by the participating hospital to the extent reasonably possible.
Patient Responsibility
Patients and caregivers should follow emergency instructions promptly and use appropriate emergency transport where required.
Platform Limitation
AI-assisted triage is a decision-support/coordination mechanism and should not be represented as a definitive medical diagnosis.
Where the system identifies a potential emergency, the patient should be directed toward appropriate urgent in-person medical care.
12. DATA PROCESSING / CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes:
- Patient information
- Medical records
- Diagnostic reports
- Prescriptions
- Contact information
- Professional information
- Business information
- Platform data
- Algorithms and technical information
- Commercial information
Obligations
The receiving party shall:
- Use confidential information only for the agreed purpose.
- Not disclose it to unauthorized persons.
- Maintain reasonable security.
- Prevent unauthorized access.
- Notify the relevant party of suspected breaches where required.
- Return/delete information where required by law or agreement.
- Ensure authorized personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Patient Data
Patient data shall be processed only for lawful and authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
The agreement should be updated as the DPDP Act and DPDP Rules become applicable to the relevant processing activity.
13. GRIEVANCE & INCIDENT REPORTING POLICY
13.1 Purpose
Www.diagnotreat.com maintains a grievance and incident-reporting mechanism to address patient complaints, professional concerns, technical incidents, privacy concerns and safety issues.
13.2 Reportable Events
Users should report:
- Patient-safety incidents
- Incorrect referral
- Misconduct

- Fraudulent registration
- Fake professional credentials
- Harassment

13.3 Reporting

- Take technical/security measures
- Notify affected persons or authorities where required by law
13.5 Emergency Incidents
Patient-safety emergencies should not wait for the grievance process. Immediate emergency medical assistance should be sought first.
RECOMMENDED REGISTRATION WORKFLOW
For practical implementation, I recommend:
